Do you accept insurance?

SANO does not bill insurance directly. HSA/FSA cards may be accepted for eligible services, depending on your plan. Receipts or superbills can also be provided upon request for patients who would like to submit them for possible reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement varies, so patients should confirm eligibility directly with their insurance provider or benefits administrator.

Do you provide superbills or receipts?

What happens after I book?

After booking, any needed next steps or intake forms are handled through Practice Better. Please use Practice Better for private health information and forms.

Which provider should I book with?

Book with Dr. Far for naturopathic care, Dr. Lazo for men’s health or chiropractic care, and Lexis for integrative health coaching. If you are unsure where to start, book a free consult or contact SANO.

Can Dr. Far prescribe medication?

Dr. Far does not prescribe medication. Her work focuses on consultations, supplements, nutrition, lifestyle factors, herbs, and functional wellness support.

Do you offer free consults?

Yes. Free first-time phone call options are available for active practitioners. These calls are helpful if you have quick questions or are unsure which visit type to choose.

Where is SANO located?

SANO is located at 116 N Haddon Ave, Suite 201, Haddonfield, NJ 08033.

Where should I park?

Parking is available in the back. The office is located on the 2nd floor.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Complete any required Practice Better forms before your appointment. If your provider requests anything specific, it will be shared before or after booking.

Contact SANO or book a free consult. The team can help point you toward the provider or service that makes the most sense.

How do I access the patient portal?

Existing patients can use the Practice Better patient portal to access forms, messages, and appointment-related information.
