Lexis is an integrative health coach and certified herbalist who brings a deeply holistic and compassionate lens to care. With a Bachelor’s in Social Work, certification in Integrative Nutritional Health Coaching, and advanced training in Herbalism from the Herbal Academy, Lexis weaves together years of experience across diverse healthcare settings.
For almost a decade, she has supported clients in hospitals, chiropractic offices, homeless shelters, and concierge medicine practices, gaining an in-depth understanding of how both Eastern and Western approaches can work together to heal the whole person. By working alongside pioneering physicians in integrative medicine, Lexis has gained a unique perspective on how to bridge gaps in care and help patients reach true, sustainable wellness.
Rooted in a passion for mental health, Lexis knows that stress, lifestyle, and environment shape our well-being at every level. She is especially passionate about helping people who feel overwhelmed by a health diagnosis, stuck in their healing journey, or like they’ve run out of options. She understands how heavy that can feel and how powerful it is to feel supported and heard.
